The ez print commerce engine comes with a content management system, allowing you to control the basic content on your pages.

What is editable, what is dynamic?

A number of the pages within the engine are dynamically generated from the product, pricing, and category data you have in you database. However, many of non-action pages or pages without forms are pre-loaded with some contnet. Please free free to edit any of this content to suit your needs.

To adjust your website content, simply click on the "Content & Settings" tab, and then the link for "Site Pages and Content". You will be presented with a list of pages that are on your site. To edit the page content simply click on the section of the page name you want to edit. Note: Default.aspx is your homepage.

After you click on the section link, you will be presented with an online editor where you can edit the pre-loaded content or enter your own new conent. Should you want to upload and insert images, simply click on the "image" button and upload a photo or image. All personal imagery uploaded to your site will be placed in a "/Resources" folder off of the root of your website (ie. "www.yourdomainname.com/Resources"). You can insert those images directly into the editor, or you can click the source button to view the html source code for your page and write your own custom html.

What about Meta tags?

To edit the page title, description, keywords or to insert some custom meta data, simply click on the "Edit" link under the Meta Tags column on the main grid. When finished you can click the update button to save your changes to your database.

What about the site sections?

The ez print commerce comes with a default layout. This layout includes certain sections of the site that are fixed. See "Image 1" below to see the placement and names of each layout section. These sections cannot be removed or changed without additional consutling. But the content within each can be adjusted.
