How to Set-up Web-2-Print Forms
For the private portal solution, ezweb2Print.com, you can upload your .PSD template file and the system will automatically create your web-to-print form.
The ez print commerce engine (available in both the retail and private portal version) supports 2 forms of web-to-print technology. Providing web-to-print personalized forms is as easy as uploading a correclty formatted Photoshop file, categorizing it correctly and thus making it available to your customers.
What are the steps necessary to set-up these files?
Click on the "Documents" tab and "Upload File" link within your control panel.
Select your file from your hard drive, set the file type = "Web To Print Tool Asset", status = "Active", set the appropriate file size for your template (this is an important classification, as it will determine if your file is horizontal or vertical in nature) and finally, set the appropriate product category for your template file. Your category, must be an active category with the matching size available.
Next, ensure the company that you would like to have this file available for is already existing in the system. Click on the company detail, ensure you have the company logo and collage uploaded. Click on the button, "Manage Template Files", and enable the available web-to-print tool asset files for this company by moving from left to right the files you would like to have active. Click the "Update" button.
Review the list of available template files for your company.
To verify your file is correctly set-up, you can login as a contact of the company you have just enabled the template for.
Click, "Personalize a Design", from under the "Order Now" link within your private portal.
All categories that have personalize templates available will be displayed for your company contact. Simply click the category link.
Select, filter and search for all available templates. Important: all correctly categorized template files with matching sizes available for this category will be available for your contact. Please ensure that your templates have "sizes" that match your cateogory, otherwise, the template file may not show for the category.
Your company contact, can filter, select and personalize the template file and submit it with their order.
