How do Custom Quotes work?
Custom quote requests represent, inquiries of specific jobs from your custom request form.
Typically, these are requests for items that are not currently part of your available products or options. Click on the corresponding link to view the quote request details, and update the price, production time or any other relevant information for the quote. When you send a request back to a user, they will receive a link to a dynamically created page with the price and specifics you set for the request. If they then proceed to order this job, you will have them listed in your Address Book as a customer.

Click the "Custom Quote Requests" link under the "Products & Pricing" tab in the control panel.

Click on the link of any custom quote to view the specific details.

Click the update button to edit the details, turnaround and specifics of the cost of the custom request.

When you are finished with your quote specifics, click the "Send Quote" button and you will send to your customer a dynamic URL, as a link for them to submit their custom job.
Have your customer receive a e-mail notification that their quote has been received.
After your adjust the specifics of the quote and send the request back to the user, the system will generate a dynamic URL, specific to their request. Their dynamic URL will be enclosed in the e-mail reply back to them, that will allow them to click on the URL and accept the order and have it submitted to your order-entry workflow.
The dynamic URL with the custom quote will be pre-populated with the information sepcific to the quote.
